Every page should sit in a book (asset class) and a chapter (system). This scans all pages, files the ones that are missing, flags any that look misfiled, and recovers photos or tags that lost their place.

Re-creates notes from a notes.json inside an export zip. Notes that already exist are skipped. Files are not restored automatically.
